Are you managing a major weeding effort? Overhauling the reference section? Rolling out a new early literacy initiative? Planning a makerspace? The typical public library administrator is managing several projects at any given time.

Do your objectives seem like moving targets? You might be experiencing scope creep. Are you hopelessly behind schedule? You might need to revisit your resource, time, and cost estimates. Do you feel like you are spending your days herding cats? It does not have to be this hard!

In this workshop, we will cover some basic principles of project management that will help you keep your projects on target, on time, and on budget.
