Electronic Medical Records - A Conversation

Thursday, April 24, 2014 - 1:00pm to 3:00pm

A community conversation hosted by Appleton Public Library - no registration required

Electronic medical records (EMRs) are an important and rapidly disseminating technology with great potential impact. During the last week of April, four public libraries in Wisconsin will serve as nonpartisan community spaces for the public to talk about EMRs, learn the basics, and ask questions.

The conversation will continue on the UW-Madison campus when a panel of experts drawn from academia, industry, and patient advocacy will meet at the H.F. DeLuca Forum to respond to the public's questions. This event will also be livestreamed online.
