Outagamie County designated the OWLS Board to serve as the county library planning committee and to develop a new county library service plan. At their meeting on July 16, 2009 the OWLS Board voted to recommend the 2010-2014 plan to the Outagamie County Board of Supervisors for adoption. The OWLS Board will hold a hearing on Thursday, August 20, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. at the Appleton Public Library to hear public comment on the proposed Outagamie County Library Service Plan: 2010-2014.
