Background
Home agency is used to authenticate third-party services, send patrons to collections, and determine a patron’s library in various reports run by OWLSnet; therefore, it is in the library’s best interest that the home agency accurately reflect the library of use.

Patrons must select the library they use the most or the library where they reside as their home agency. Patrons must register at their home agency library. If an existing patron record requires a home agency change, the patron must reregister at the new home agency library.
